Where do you deliver?
Across the United Kingdom. Options and costs are shown in the basket before payment and in our delivery policy.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch from the UK. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible on our contact page. If the parcel has not left yet, we will do our best.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely.
Returns
Can I return a product?
Yes, within the terms of our returns policy.
Can I return opened skincare?
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
My device does not work. What do I do?
Contact us with your order number and a short description or video of the issue. We will arrange a repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Products
Are your products genuine?
Yes. Everything is new and sealed, with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Where can I find the ingredients?
Every skincare product page lists the full ingredients (INCI) as printed on the pack.
Who should not use microcurrent devices?
Do not use them with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, during pregnancy, or if you have epilepsy. Avoid broken or irritated skin. When in doubt, ask your GP.
Who should not use an acupressure mat?
Avoid it during pregnancy, on broken skin, if you take blood-thinning medication, or if you have diabetes or a circulation or skin condition, unless your GP agrees.
