We want you to be happy with everything you buy from The Beautyque. If something isn’t right, here is exactly what you can do.
Changed your mind?
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Skincare and masques must be unopened, with the seal intact. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept skincare that has been opened or used, unless it is faulty.
- Devices (bt-sculpt, bt-sonic, bt-micro fusion) can be returned unused, with all accessories, manuals and the original box.
- Bed of Nails products can be returned unused, in their original packaging.
- Sale items have the same return rights as full-price items.
If you change your mind, return postage is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
How to return
- Email orders@thebeautyque.co.uk with your order number and the items you are returning. You can also use the model cancellation form below.
- We will reply within one working day with the return address.
- Send the items back within 14 days of telling us.
Your refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items, or of receiving proof that you sent them, whichever is sooner. The refund goes back to your original payment method. If you return your whole order within the 14-day cancellation period, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
If an item comes back used or damaged beyond what is needed to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect its lower value.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will pay for the return and offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Device warranty
All Bio-Therapeutic devices come with a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your device develops a fault, email us with your order number and a short description. We will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage or unauthorised modification. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights.
Gifts
Received a gift? You can return it in the same way. We will refund the original buyer, or issue a gift voucher to you if you ask.
